Where is your team with AI right now?

👀 A new study from BearingPoint caught my attention.

Almost 3 out of 4 organizations using AI say it’s creating measurable business value. BUT only 13% have scaled it as originally planned. That’s a pretty BIG gap.

It reminds me of a UX principle I come back to a lot: watch what people do, not just what they say.
